Theraguns are a specific brand of massage gun originally created by chiropractor Dr Jason Wersland in 2009. Using a special massage technique called percussive therapy, Theragun percussive massage increases blood flow and decreases tension deep within the muscle.
At Sound Wellness, we have designed this to be a full-body deep muscle treatment focused at enhancing muscle recovery, releasing stress and tension, and soothing discomfort with the smart percussive therapy device. The treatment also aids in helping move lactic acid out of the muscles that you fatigued during exercise, which makes it ideal as post-workout recovery.
Sound meditation element which blends in at the second part of the treatment will further help to bring your entire mind and body to a state of full relaxation and regeneration.
The treatment will be performed on a fully-clothed client.
Please wear something comfortable and breathable so that we can easily glide the Theragun device over it.
